About Olivia Hurbanova
Olivia is a positive sceptic, a lecturer and an educator, teaching her own concept of Future skills. Her educational agency Olinclusive is preparing people for the careers of tomorrow, getting them ready to adapt to an ever-changing world. Her concept of “Future Skills” develops the ‘soft skills’ competencies recognized as a modern day requirement by Institute for the Future and Fortune 500. Olivia is trying to take a more complex approach to understand the complexity of human behavior, and she has been a passionate student of neurobiology and behavioral sciences for more than a decade. The Future skills concept is shared with companies here & abroad and also with international students as an accredited subject within Leadership program at the University of Economy in Bratislava. She is proud to serve companies as PWC, IBM, Lenovo, Kronospan, American Chamber of Commerce, Allianz, Swiss Re and others. In February 2019 she was recognized as the Lecturer of the Year.
